Unwanted Horse Coalition
Represents a broad alliance of equine organizations under the American Horse Council to educate the horse industry about the unwanted horse issue. Maintains a directory of facilities that provide specific services for unwanted horses, such as retraining facilities, therapeutic riding groups and police departments, and facilities that accept horses with special needs, such as retirement farms and rescue groups.
