Pick 3
Scratches

If a scratch occurs before the running of the first leg, refunds will be given for all combinations that include the scratched horse(s).
If a scratch occurs after the running of the first leg, a consolation (instead of a substitute favorite) will be given to bettors who have the scratched horse and hit the other legs.

Race Cancellations

If any leg is canceled or declared non-betting before the start of the first leg, the pool shall be refunded.
If for any reason two or more races comprising the Pick 3 are canceled, the pool shall be refunded.
If either the second or third leg is canceled or declared non-betting after the start of the first leg, payoffs will be determined on the basis of contested legs.

Pick 4
Scratches
In the event a Pick 4 ticket designates a selection in one or more races comprising the Pick 4 and that selection is scratched, excused or determined by the stewards to be a non-starter in a race, the actual favorite, as evidenced by the amounts wagered in the final win pool of the race, will be substituted for the non-starting selection for all purposes, including pool calculations and payoffs. In the event the win pool total for two or more favorites is identical, the substitute selection shall be the betting interest with the lowest program number.

Race Cancellations

If for any reason three or more races comprising the Pick 4 are canceled, a full and complete refund will be made of the Pick 4 pool.
If for any reason one of the races comprising the Pick 4 is canceled, the net amount of the pari-mutuel pool shall be distributed as three out of four. If three or more races of the Pick 4 are canceled a full and complete refund will be made of the Pick 4 pool.

Pick 6
Scratches

At any time after wagering begins on the Pick 6 pool, should an entire betting entry or field be scratched or declared a non-starter in any Pick 6 race, no further tickets selecting such betting entry or field shall be issued, and wagers upon such betting entry or field, for the purpose of the Pick 6 pool, shall be deemed wagers upon the betting entry or field upon which the most wagering money has been registered at the track in the win pool at the close of win pool betting for such race. In the event of a money tie, the tied betting entry or field with the lowest program number shall be designated.
Wagers in the Pick 6 pool upon an entry or field of horses from which a starter or starters may have been scratched will, in case of such entry or field, be deemed wagers upon the horses remaining in such entry or field. In case no starter remains representing any betting entry or field, wagers upon such entry or field shall be deemed wagers on the post time favorite in the race affected by the scratch.
Should a betting interest be scratched or declared a non-starter before the start of the first leg, the betting operator shall be authorized to refund any tickets designating betting entries affected thereby before such first leg.

Race Cancellations
Except for Pick 6 pools in which an intermediate or final distribution is to be made, should one or more of the Pick 6 races be canceled, no carryovers from prior Pick 6 pools, advertised guaranteed amounts or advertised added amounts will be distributed to winners in such day's Pick 6 pool; and

a. if more than three such races are contested, 100 percent of that program's net pool shall be distributed, less breaks, to holders of wagers upon the winners of all Pick 6 races actually contested for such pool; should no wager select the winners of all Pick 6 races actually contested, 100 percent of that Pick 6 pool shall be distributed, less breaks, to the holders of wagers selecting the most winners of the Pick 6 races contested.

b. if three or fewer such races are contested, the entire pool for such program shall be refunded.

Trifecta
Scratches

For all races except stakes races, a minimum of five must be carded and five must start. If fewer than five start, the Trifecta shall be canceled and the gross pool shall be refunded.
For stakes races, a minimum of three must be carded and three must start. If fewer than three start, the Trifecta shall be canceled and the gross pool shall be refunded.

Superfecta
Scratches

For all races except stakes races, a minimum of six separate wagering interests must be carded and a minimum of six must start. If fewer than six start, the Superfecta shall be canceled and the gross pool refunded.
For stakes races, a minimum of six must be carded and minimum of four shall start. If fewer than four start, the Superfecta shall be canceled and the gross pool shall be refunded.
