- How to Win
To win, a player's picks must run 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in every race on a designated Saturday simulcast card. The simulcast race card in play will be selected by Turfway management. - Entry Fee
Entry fee shall be $10 at the time of entry each week and is refundable only in case of cancellation as noted below. A player may have unlimited entries. - How to Enter
Entry forms will be available at the FasTrack booth after 5:00 p.m. each Friday during the contest period.
Entry forms must be submitted before post time of the first race of the selected race card.
No changes are allowed after an entry has been submitted. - How to Play
Players shall select one horse and one alternate to finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd. The alternate selection will be used if the main selection is scratched. In the event that both the main and alternate picks are scratched, the player will receive the post time betting favorite. Thus each player will have one interest in each race: the main pick, the alternate (if the main pick scratches), or the post time betting favorite (if the main pick and alternate scratch).
In case of a coupled entry, players may select only one horse of that entry. For purposes of this contest, the player will not receive the other horse of the coupled entry.
If show betting is unavailable due to field size, the horses that finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd still will be declared winners. A three-horse race, two-horse race, or walk-over will be a winning race for all players.
Winners shall be determined based on the official results of each race. - Prize Distribution
If there are no winners, the pool will be carried over to the next Saturday, and players may enter again for a fee of $10. The pool will be carried over until there is a winner(s).
In the event of multiple winners, the pool will be split evenly among the winners.
There will be no take-out, and prize money shall be distributed evenly among winners. Turfway management will decide how odd cents, if any, are distributed. - Cancellation Policy
If racing is canceled before the full card is complete, all entries for that day's contest will be refunded. Any carryover funds in that day's pool will be carried over to the next week. To complete the contest on a given Saturday, all races carded for that day must be run that day. - All decisions by Turfway Park management are final.
